I am an LPCC specializing in individual, couples, group and family therapy, and maintain a private practice in Lewis Center, which is located just North of Columbus, Ohio.
I have over 33 years experience as a therapist, and as a graduate of Ashland University with a Masters degree in Clinical Counseling specializing in solution focused therapy, I am currently serving as clinical director and as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among my areas of expertise are helping people recover from childhood abuse issues and trauma, PTSD, Panic Disorder, and relationship issues.
In addition to being a solution focused therapist, I have presented at local conferences and to general audiences speaking on the topics of abuse recovery, anxiety disorders, and depression.
I am an interactive, solution-focused therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. Combining compassion with understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
