I am an LPCC(S ) specializing in individual, couples, group and family therapy, and maintain a private practice in Lewis Center, which is located just North of Columbus, Ohio.
I have over 30 years experience as a therapist, and as a graduate of Ashland University with a Masters degree in Clinical Counseling specializing in source therapy, I am currently serving as clinical director and as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among my areas of expertise are helping people recover from childhood abuse issues and trauma, PTSD, Panic Disorder, and relationship issues.
In addition to being a solution focused therapist, I have presented at local conferences and to general audiences speaking on the topics of abuse recovery, anxiety disorders, addictions, and depression.
My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. Combining compassion with understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
